RETURNS MADE EASY

Sometimes the fit isn't always how you expected, these things happen, so our team here at STUDIO.ROSE are happy to accept returns on any fits that pass out return eligibility.

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by STUDIO.ROSE, we suggest using your local post office for fairest prices & tracking.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY :

  • Must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving order
  • Garments must be unused with no damage, with ALL labels, tags & any security ribbons still attached
  • Items purchased in the SALE are not eligible for refund or exchange, you will receive store credit for the purchase amount
  • Any items that come with a hygiene seal or notice cannot be returned to us, you will not receive a refund or store credit, the item will be returned back to you
  • Any pre-order or made-to-order items are not eligible for refund or exchange, if they are returned you will not receive a refund or store credit, the item will be returned back to you

HOW TO RETURN

  • Fill out the returns slip that comes enclosed in your package, please include your name, order number, contact details & reason for returning.
  • If you are returning to exchange please fill out the exchange section on the return slip Package the item(s) &return slip and send to our address (on slip). STUDIO.ROSE does not cover the return shipping cost.
  • Take the package to your local post office, we recommend returning it to us second class, tracking is preferable.

REFUNDS

If your returned item passes our eligibility, the item purchase amount will be deposited into the original payment method within 1-7 days (of us receiving return).

A member of our returns team will notify you when we have received your return to keep you updated.

If you have returned an item that is only eligible for store credit our team will notify you when we receive your return. You will be able to access store credit vouchers via email.

EXCHANGES

PLEASE NOTE YOU CAN ONLY EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OF THE ORIGINAL ITEM YOU'VE ORDERED.

Due to high demand of certain products we cannot guarantee that we will have the size you are wishing to exchange for in stock at the time of receiving your return. To try and avoid this you can contact us via email before you return and ask us to set aside the size you want (subject to stock levels). We can only set aside an exchange item for you for 7 days (UK returns) so please ensure you return your item as soon as we set aside your exchange.
