NOTE: used, damaged or dirty items will not be accepted and will be returned back to their sender.
Our store holds a ‘no cancellation policy’ on any orders once a payment has been made. This means that you cannot cancel your order after we have received payment. You can however, return your order for a refund instead, once it has arrived.

How can I return my order ? 
Fill out the return form that comes inside your package, Include your order number, contact details, the item your returning & your reason
Package your return and post it back to us!
Returns must arrive back to us within 14 days of you receiving your order or your return will not be accepted.
Once we receive your order a member of our team will be in touch with you 
A full refund (excluding shipping) will be deposited back to you

Can I return my item for an exchange ? 
Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges. 
You can return your package to us and place a new order for the item you wish to have

I have received a faulty / wrong item ! 
Please get in contact with a member of our team via email (within 7 days of receiving order) where we will help look into the issue. 
You will then be asked to return your item(s) back to us.
Once we receive your order you will be notified by our team and a full refund will be deposited. 
If you received a wrong item, then we will send out the correct item you ordered, after we have confirmed the return of the wrong item.
